Smoothie Week

I was in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, when I came across a place called Just Juice. For the following days I went in and tried several juices/smoothies from their menu. I ordered a smoothie that had banana, lemon juice and mango. It transported me back to when I was in my first year of college and every once in a while I would go to the vegetarian café nearby where they served my favorite mixed juice: bananas and lemons. I eat a banana a day, usually at work. So, for this time I decided to have my banana for breakfast instead. Here are the 7 smoothies I made for an entire week (all recipes are for 2 people).

Procedure

  1. In a high speed blender add all the ingredients.
  2. Top with the directed liquid (barely covering all ingredients). Note: add more liquid to achieve the desired texture.
  3. Add ice, blend and enjoy!!!
